 RigorMill is a precision metalworking company that manufactures mechanical parts, tools, components and devices. RigorMill was created to provide the highest quality CNC machining service, respecting all the specifications contained in our customer's projects and we also have a strict quality control with the provision of a dimensional control report to ensure that all our services comply with the designed.

 Our team is made up of experienced professionals with extensive knowledge in metal mechanics, metal components, precision machining and assembly of mechanical sets.

• We have the ability to provide CNC machining service, we have a 4-axis machining center with dimensions 1200mm x 500mm x 600mm;
• Our machines and tools are recent and always up to date;
• Our professionals have years of experience in CNC programming and machining in the highest requirements of the national machining sector;
• We also provide a dimensional control report, carried out in an air-conditioned environment for parts manufactured by RigorMill, under the supervision of a engineer;
• We have laser equipment that enables marking to identify parts;
• Our warehouse is located in an industrial park in Vila do Conde, Portugal, close to the airport and port, with easy access for any transport and flexible schedule for loading and unloading materials.
• Ability to work on aluminum and its alloys and polymers such as POM, Peek and etc.
• We have partners that provide services or materials to our customers, which aims to help solve the supply of raw materials, transport or services parallel to machining such as surface treatment, electroerosion, laser and etc.
